bpp_identifier — Example input
This folder holds a single example microscopy overlay used to exercise the bpp_identifier GUI end-to-end. It is the kind of image the tool expects as input: a pre-made overlay (typically one cell-marker channel combined with a second boundary / feature channel) in TIFF format. Point the “Load Original Overlay” button at a file like this, tune the threshold / contour parameters, and the app will segment cells, identify the cell–cell and cell–substrate interface, and classify bridges, projections, and protrusions along that boundary.
